Excellent text both as a guide to the legal aspects of being a NP as well as an excellent state-by-state reference for each state in the US.. He provides enough necessary technical detail without bogging down in exotic minutia. Following that advice has resulted in my parent time going from a total shut-out to being able to actually have interactions with my children.
This book is kinda tough-love-ish in places. You don't have the advantage (or disadvantage) of having a writer attach prejudices or judgements to these photos - you are left to explore your own words, prejudices and thoughts. Warren
