I have read a lot of self-help books and just in the 55 pages so far I have taken away valuable information about how the way we think is how we live our lives.
There are a lot of exercises in the book, which I like becasue it helps to reinforce the information found on the pages.
I would highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to take control over their lives and live the life they choose - not what someone else wants of them.. I enjoyed this long long story and that is why it has taken me this long to finally be able to say yes, it is done with lots of action and drama in it. At least Kevin the father has the integrity to say , I don't know if some of these things are true and admit they are hard to believe.
