Of all the books I looked at during my PhD on this topic, this was the only one that I made any great use of. Very informative and interesting.. Bombard your subconscious mind with new beliefs, to recondition old programming. These books and CD's work well with Photoshop and I imagine any other program that can utilize the graphics. Even some drawings have been very slightly changed and this way the name from Mikhail Gerasimov, who really found a way to reconstruct , is not mentioned.
