Although this edition was most likely published in this format for public school use, there are several typing mistakes. All of the anatomical illustrations are of male standing poses and each section of the book has a small thumbnail illustrations to illustrate what effects movement have on the underlying musculature.. Classic Durrell. Excellent. I loved how each book was short, yet it never felt like it was lacking substance. I was very disappointed.. I love posters of this vintage, and love Italy, and look forward to enjoying these pictures all year (and will dream about visiting some of the places I have not been to yet)!. As an avid reader, it is a delight to read a book whose author tells the story well, who creates characters that the reader cares about and who so accurately captures a time and place for the reader to experienceor to remember having lived through them as I did in the 1950's.
